Returns – Scrapbook ‘Em wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Michele immediately at 541-974-5237 or by email to Michele@scrapbookem.com. If a return is due to a missing or damaged item, I will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Products that are not damaged or defective may be returned, but must be authorized by Scrapbook ‘Em. All kit pieces must be returned unused and resalable. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping – All packages are shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Please allow a week from the date of purchase for your order to be processes and shipped. Pre made pages may take slightly longer to ship.
